1. Streamster is software, not the seller

Streamster provides software that lets independent sellers broadcast a single live stream to Facebook and Instagram simultaneously and sell products to viewers through a checkout hosted by Stripe. Streamster is not a party to any transaction between buyers and sellers. The seller is the merchant of record for every sale and is solely responsible for their products, descriptions, pricing, fulfillment, shipping, returns, and customer service. See the Seller Agreement.

2. No guarantee of sales or earnings

Any examples of sales, revenue, audience size, or results are illustrative only and are not a promise or guarantee of the income or outcomes you will achieve. Your results depend on factors outside Streamster's control, including your products, pricing, marketing, audience, and effort. Streamster makes no representation that you will earn any particular amount, or any amount at all.

3. Third-party platforms & service availability

Streamster relies on third-party services — including Mux (video), Stripe (payments), Facebook, and Instagram — that we do not control. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or secure operation of the platform, and we are not responsible for outages, latency, content moderation decisions, account actions, or changes made by those providers. The service is provided "as is" and "as available."

4. Taxes are the seller's responsibility

Because the seller is the merchant of record, the seller is responsible for determining, collecting, and remitting all applicable sales, VAT, GST, and other taxes. Streamster may enable tools such as Stripe Tax, but nothing on Streamster is tax, legal, accounting, or financial advice. Consult a qualified professional for your situation.

5. Buyer acknowledgment

Buyers purchase directly from the seller. Questions about an order, product, shipment, or refund should be directed to the seller. Buyers can track an order at /orders/lookup and review the Refund Policy.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Streamster is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, lost profits, or lost sales arising from your use of the platform. This disclaimer supplements, and is subject to, the limitations in our Terms of Service.
